Ahead of mass rallies across the country, including in the center of Seoul, tomorrow (Nov. 31), police have vowed to take strict action against illegal gatherings스포츠토토, including spraying capsaicin.
“If the organizers of the rallies continue to hold illegal gatherings in the form of nighttime cultural festivals or group homelessness, causing inconvenience to citizens, we will take measures to disperse them and prepare to use capsaicin sprayers,” Police Commissioner Yoon Hee-geun said at today’s situation check meeting.
“If they interfere with the law enforcement process, such as assaulting police officers, we will immediately arrest them on the spot and bring them to justice as quickly as possible,” he said, adding, “Deploy more than 120 police units nationwide in response to tomorrow’s rally.”
The Democratic Trade Union Confederation announced that the march will begin at around 2 p.m. tomorrow after holding pre-rallies in the city center, including Seodaemun Station and Seoul National University Hospital, and that it will hold a massive rally in the area from Sejong Intersection to City Hall Intersection.
